The Unitarian Universalist Association - The UUA provides resources and offers consultations to local congregations, creates religious education curricula, spurs social action efforts, expedites the settlement of professional religious leaders, supports Beacon Press,and produces pamphlets, devotional material, and the bimonthly journal. The Thomas Jefferson District - The Thomas Jefferson District (TJ District, or TJD) is a field office of the Unitarian Universalist Association of congregations as well as a regional association of Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregations in the Carolinas, most of Virginia and Tennessee, and southeastern Georgia. The Mountain - The Mountain Retreat & Learning Centers, Inc. is ayear-round center located atop 4200' Little Scaly Mountain, four miles southwest of the resort town of Highlands, NC. Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans- The Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS) is an organization dedicated to networking Pagan-identified Unitarian Universalists (UUs), educating people about Paganism, promoting interfaith dialogue, developing Pagan liturgies and theologies, and supporting Pagan-identified UU religious professionals.
