UUFH Adult Enrichment (AE) Programming
 
Sunday Supper ‘N Seminar Series – Paul Shoemaker
Interesting topics explored individually or in the context of 2-4 session mini-courses.  Various Sunday
evenings, potluck supper at 6 pm followed by Seminar at 7:00 pm.
 
Open Discussion Group – Bill Ball
An eclectic offering of subjects presented by members, visiting speakers or via videos, followed by Q&A
and discussion.  Third Monday of each month, September through June at 7:00 pm.
 
Personal Growth:  Spirituality and Well-Being -- A Trio of Programs
 
Qigong Class – Meets weekly, Wednesdays, 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.  Improve health, increase energy
and reverse the aging process.  Fun, easy to learn, non-impact.  Join any time.  Bob and Fran

Meditation Class – Meets weekly, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.  Clear the mind, deeply relax and de-

Personal Growth Forum – Meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm.  The PGF
programs enrich lives through personal growth by providing speakers on topics of body, mind and

Bridge Club – Pat Wakeley
Contact Pat for meeting times.  Meets most Fridays at 1pm.  
 
Men’s Discussion Group – Don Emon/Todd Hoke
Topics of interest chosen by members.  Meets the first Saturday of the month at 8:30 am in Fellowship
Hall.
 
Women’s Fellowship Group – Diane Emon/Lorrie Shelly
Topics of interest chosen by members.  Meets the first Saturday of the month at 8:30 am in the Log
Cabin.
 
Covenant Group – Leaders include group members
The UUFH Covenant Group meets monthly on the third Wednesday at 4pm in the UUFH office.  This
group is currently full.  New members may be invited to join at some future date following the return of
Rev. Jim McKinley from sabbatical.
 
Social Justice Team Wednesday Film Series -- Suzy Camp-Goodman 
Popular series with films focusing on topics of social justice.  Meets the third Wednesday of the month at
7:00 pm in Fellowship Hall.
